    I do enjoy my work, but at 69, I am well aware of life’s aging realities. I push myself to keep improving my skills but at the same time, I’m preparing my young lawyers to be able to replace me.
    It’s a good balance and my DW, Rose, is comfortable with what I am doing.

    Exercise - YES - killer leg + shoulder supersets, then 65 min on the bike. Yikes!
    Calories - yes - this despite going to a party, feel pretty good about it
    Tracked - yes - lived a little and still stayed in budget
