    Yup, more cleaning + push-ups (with bad form) + 25 minutes resistance band full-body workout. Going for a run now, something I haven't done since the 8th grade, cause I hate it so much.     Yes, 300 calories to spare AND I had 13 grams of chocolate. That food scale has been the best investment ever!

    Yes.

    We're having a lovely start of the autumn here in Romania, it's sunny and warm, 26 degrees Celsius today. In the words of the wisest beheaded hero in history, "Winter is Coming", but it's probably a couple of months away.


    EDIT: back from jog, I can confirm I still hate it. However, I did better than I expected, 1.5 km. Apart from dripping sweat all over the place, I appear to be still alive.

    well done on your run .. Id be lucky if I could run 5 meters :O ..
