Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Active rest day today -- 24 minutes of light strength (abs and arms) + about 20 minutes of walking on the treadmill to make sure I hit my 10K steps for the day.

It's still in the high 70s/low 80s here in Northern CA. However, it's getting chillier at night and the leaves are just starting to change. It's supposed to be cooler this week and hopefully that trend will continue!3 -

It turned out to be a nice day although it was 19* this morning in northeast Montana! Our snow has pretty much melted from Wednesday.5 -

Exercise: I love to hike in the desert. Today, within 89 minutes, I hiked to very uneven surface ascents and two descents. All before breakfast!6 -
Another pass day! But I fully enjoyed a wonderful thanksgiving supper with family.6

Exercise - yes - yoga was much needed, feeling physically and mentally refreshed
Calories - yes - made a lot of careless food choices but didn't overeat by some miracle, so macros were garbage but calories were actually ok

3x’s yes with a 1 hour interval strength and cardio class. Plus more work shoveling gravel at home. Track like it’s my job and good on calories.
