ECT for me! Today was Monday Barre class and an afternoon stroll, plus we walked to lunch where I had beans and greens. I have almost 9000 steps without much extra effort!

Ahhh I totally planned for today to be a pass day (Thanksgiving) and somehow I managed to work with everything and keep it all in check!

@Bill70sStrong Rusks are kind of like hard dry versions of bread or cake (which sounds terrible, but they are delicious). For example, to make hot cross bun rusks, you put hot cross buns in a low heat oven for a few hours. Most people dip them in coffee or tea but I love the crunch they make. Buttermilk ones are the best.
@goldthistime It is the most fun game! Quick and easy to learn and each round doesn't take too long. A certain amount of strategy helps, but a large portion of luck as well, so normally one person doesn't dominate and win all the time!
Good day for me. 30 minute run/walk (lungs not happy from eating too much wheat lately, but I'm getting back to running for the full time). Good food choices and all logged, getting to the lower end of my target range. Great session at physio with more positive feedback.
And my new portable coffee grinder arrived (I got it from my insurance awards!!!) - It's the Lume grinder if there are any other coffee snobs around...3 -
