    Happy to report that today was much more enjoyable than all the yard and wood work yesterday. We went for a drive in the Finger Lakes region to check out fall foliage today. Here are a few pics. The top two are from Filmore Glen State Park honorably named after U.S. President Millard Filmore. The bottom two pics are Ithaca Falls (bottom left) and Taughannock Falls (bottom right). It was a great day to be outside.

    posting a day late but 21st was a good day not least as I added an hour walk to my usual 20mins this was a big achievement for me. tracked and under limit getting into some good routines for breakfast and lunch meals x best wishes everyone x
