Hi Team UAC!

out of the winners circle, my flu has gone into my chest, although I feel a little better (as in the head ahas cleared and the acheing muscles are not so achey )... I am easy to be sent into a fit of coughing .. so no exercise again.

Posting before dinner since I've started trying to have a day of rest from Saturday evening until Sunday evening. Part of the rest involves putting aside my phone and disconnecting from most technology. Anyway I pre-logged everything for dinner according to my recipe and I know exactly how much cheese and ice cream I am allowed so will be careful to weigh and measure. In some ways it's more helpful to pre log because I learn things like nope I can't have a full half cup of Hagen daz π6 -

Wow!! You have all been VERY active today. Unfortunately, we are getting torrential rains from the tropical storm that started in the Gulf of Mexico but it's pouring onto us all today and through the night. Our basement water ejecting sump pump is running almost non-stop.
My exercise for the day was more than 30+ minutes of farm chores and walking. Those activities got cut short by the rain

I Decided to DIET again, 6 months post reaching my Maintenance GW. My pants were tight & I knew Iβd feel much better about myself if I could get back to my 2019 New Yearβs Wt by 1/1/2020!
Iβm Only up 3 lbs but Iβve been gradually creeping up the past 4 months. Time to prove to myself I can lose again.
