10/28 Posting early...but I already have dinner and dessert pre-logged.

@RangerRickL I will declare myself out of the Winner's Circle for October. I started out with 2 pass days right at the beginning of the month due to our travel plans...and then incurred a recent evening snack attack for pass #3. It was still a good month; but I have every intention of going out for dinner with my boyfriend on Halloween (intended pass #4) and do not plan to count calories or track. I will look forward to the new challenge in November. Extending my best wishes to everyone else for a strong finish for October.

Tomorrow is going to be a tough one. I’m heading to southern France so I’ll be spending most of the day in the car. I won’t be able to have a proper gym session. I’ll try to walk as much as I can but I don’t think I’ll be able to offset the diner I’ll be having with friends in the evening. Will try to limit the damage while still enjoying ;-p
(I’m out of the circle, but still proud of myself and grateful to be part of the group and to have found a great challenge)

3 x’s yes. Beautiful Fall day with five hours of gardening including moving 30 wheelbarrow’s full of mulch (23 shovelfuls each) lol I find counting them I look at them like sets and reps. I was careful not to over do it, I’ll be mulching all week6
