Last Thursday was my 60th birthday. I usually am pretty low key about birthdays; but my family had other ideas. So, the entire family came to town for the whole week, and we had such a wonderful time together - culminating in a big birthday bash on Friday night.

Although I was not what I'd call "on program" last week, I am happy to say I didn't do anything too stupid. Well, I did overindulge on the cheesecake at the party. LOL. But, we had Tijuana street tacos catered, so it was pretty easy to control portions, and the tacos themselves were pretty healthy.

Such a great week. Back to the path to a healthy lifestyle this week.
