Yes x3 for today.
I had 3 planned out pass days for the month, but my stomach flu mid month knocked me off track. Nevertheless, my exercise has increased greatly since joining this group as well as my motivation to stay consistent with tracking, logging, and meal planning. Hopefully will make the winner's circle in November!5 -

Yes, that’s exactly what it is. We started with a shovel and a pickaxe but than realized we needed more serious tools if we ever want to get to the bottom of the whole 😅
