    Yes, that’s exactly what it is. We started with a shovel and a pickaxe but than realized we needed more serious tools if we ever want to get to the bottom of the whole 😅

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 30 minute cardio and abs HIIT.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes- McDonalds for supper- burger only, skipped everything else 🙂
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
