We started the month of October with 84 participants. These 11 are our Winner's Circle Qualifiers. It's not easy!!
Nonetheless, we have many team members who earned honorable mention as they stuck with us throughout the month and had their own weight loss, fitness gained and in some cases, maintenance maintained.
Congratulations to our Winners and all of our UAC Team Members who stayed the course!

Congrats to the inner circle! Congrats to the returners! Welcome to the newbies! Happy All Soul's Day! It's a very good day to spread the love to those who have gone before us.
This morning, a bit earlier than planned, I have reached my goal weight! (Appendectomy bonus) I intend to lock it in and make sure it sticks.
ECT are all yeses. I had my slow walk for 2 miles this morning. I am pre-dinner but have it logged for later. Calories and tracking are good. They even include a celebratory Reese's mini cup.8 -

3 X’s yes! One hour interval training class and an hour yoga class. Good on Calories with no exercise eat backs. I took a break the last few months and allowed myself to eat back the majority of my exercise calories. As expected my loss rate slowed pretty dramatically. I want to hit 100 by New Years- I’ve got 6 pounds to go so I’m stepping it up this month!

Exercise?: Yes, I did 33 minutes on the treadmill and did some weight training after for another 30 minutes

Log my food and water?: yes, and bought myself a gallon bottle to keep in track !
