Exercise: Yes. Rather than let very little sleep (tornado warnings!), derail my exercise plan, I surprised myself and completed the first day of “None to Run.” It was a great way to start November!

I’m traveling in intrastate due to the death of one of my younger brother in law, Jack. He was our kid’s favorite Uncle. Died at 65 from progressive frontal lobe dementia and heart failure.

Pass Days Remaining
Potential Pass Days:
🆗Nov 9 Brunch with kidney donir to celebrate 2 years! (Hoping I won’t use a pass day for this.) OK checked this won’t be a pass day.
🆗Thanksgiving Day (I’m often OK on calories, but just highlighting for my own planning.)
1. Dinner at visiting family member’s favorite Mexican restaurant (I might just sip water. I don’t feel well with the extra salt & fat, I’ve found. He wouldn’t mind at all.
2. Meal with close family friends at restaurant over Thanksgiving weekend- might be Dec 1 LOL
