Although today was rough so I might need a pass because I was a hot mess. I hope everyone hit their goal and to keep pushing! I didnt go over my calories by much and it wasnt junk food or something utterly terrible. It was me picking at my homemade falafels while I was making more for the week! Tomorrow is another day and I will keep at this UAC!8 -

I'm taking pass day 1. We went to an amusement park. I did get 12,000 steps and logged to the best of my ability, but my goal was to enjoy myself and eat a couple favorite foods but I ended up going overboard.
Good news for the day was I finally dropped some weight after a 2 week stall! Back on track tomorrow.5 -

Pass Days Remaining: 3
Delighted to have hit 155 from 158 in 8 days. Back to 155 for first time since late July 2019.
It was my first GW which I achieved on Thanksgiving Day, 2018. It’s also what I weighed New Year’s Day 2019, down from 228.3 New Years 2016.
Now to get to my Low GW 153 which I hit 4/25/19!!
Not an easy day food wise, but I did it! I’m working hard at this. #worth it.
💪🏻🙏🏻😁Potential Pass Days:
🆗Nov 9 Brunch with kidney donir to celebrate 2 years! (Hoping I won’t use a pass day for this.) OK checked this won’t be a pass day.
🆗Thanksgiving Day (I’m often OK on calories, but just highlighting for my own planning.)
1. Dinner at visiting family member’s favorite Mexican restaurant (I might just sip water. I don’t feel well with the extra salt & fat, I’ve found. He wouldn’t mind at all.
2. Meal with close family friends at restaurant over Thanksgiving weekend- might be Dec 1 LOL
3.restaurant Meal the weekend of Nov 16-17 w/hubby on the coast.
Ok got my plan

Pass Day #1 today -- was a bit unexpected, but that's what they're here for. I overate WAY too much and I'm now paying for it tonight.
I did get in a 2 mile walk this morning (made today my active rest day as I have a 10K race tomorrow morning).4 -

Spent the day with lots of family and friends. The great thing about tracking is that when you go over your budget by the end of lunch, you have the information to hit the brakes in the evening. Traveled home this afternoon and evening and ate light.
Calories: under my limit
Exercise: 3 mph walking at 27 minutes
Tracking: good6 -
Yes x3. Pilates and bodyweight exercises plus lots of stretching. I’ve been working on a big painting and it’s got my neck and shoulders all tensed up. Might need to book in a massage once I finish it.7

Pass day #1 for me. I went back to the restaurant with the fabulous tasting menu yesterday, and thought I had a plan to keep it under control. I skipped lunch, I took pics or every dish served so I wouldn’t forget anything, and I only had one small taste of the dessert. Even without logging I could tell I’d be ok calorie-wise (vs last time when I felt stuffed afterwards). Except I forgot to exercise!5
-
PS, Rick, I love the way you define the activity requirement for this challenge. I’ve been under the weather and still managed some slow purposeful activity (the win cheers me up).
Yesterday I forgot to do any purposeful exercise, and I'm happy to take a pass day. I am happy to have help in remembering to take time for my health each and every day. Mindset makes a difference.4 -
