    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, a couple hundred under

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 45 minute walk and 30 minutes going up and down stairs carrying weights. Not something I do very often, but good cardio and leg work.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
