Pass day 1. Cooking and indulgences just got the better of me. I don't think I'll make it to WC this month since my mom is visiting for a weekend later in the month plus Thanksgiving, but my goal is to have 5 or fewer total pass days.8

Thanks to all for the warm welcome!! I look forward to getting to know this group! Today’s progress was good! I walked for 30 minutes, logged my food, and stayed within my calorie budget. I even drank more water than normal, which is usually a weak spot for me. I am concerned about the switch to daylight savings time, as getting enough sleep is also an area of concern. I tend to be a night owl and stay up too late (am retired, so no longer have to get up at dawn). So hopefully I can make myself go to bed early (Er) tonight!5

@tiffany80802017 Whenever someone does not post every day, they can just post all of the days within one post. Thanks for asking.

@snowshoe072 I have knee issues too, so I feel your pain. I have to adapt my workout schedule to me knee pain level. Losing weight over the last 2 years has really helped though! Hoping to avoid knee replacement!1

What to say on behalf of the third of the month.
Off day for climbing. I just can't do that every day. Do some pushups, that counts.
Buddy is coming over!
I wish I could think of what to say about what that little guy does for my heart.
He gots some physical and cognitive limitations...
But I think about him all the time.
I think about how people raise up their regular kids.
Well, you know, love and stuff. Goes on to say push them in the direction of independence and self sustainability.
Well, and we want a legacy of our values to be pushed forward into society.
But from Buddy, all we get out of that deal is love.
He ain't got much of a vocabulary but me and him got some telepathy going on.
That's alright.
He lifts his arms up, I know he wants me to stand him up.
He walks around with me holding him up looking at everything.
He pulls over to the stroller. He wants in it.
We been known to go down the hill to the donut shop.
We been known to get a red velvet donut.
It's cold. I throw a wool blanket around his neck and it drapes over him in front of the chill breeze. He laughs and laughs.
Ain't nothing wrong with a day that Buddy comes over.2 -
