...we are both thankful no one was hurt...we're leaving for Florida on Friday a.m. for a relative's wedding.
Glad everyone is OK and that your friends stood by you during a stressful situation. Safe travels to FL.

@tiffany80802017 Whenever someone does not post every day, they can just post all of the days within one post. Thanks for asking.

@snowshoe072 I have knee issues too, so I feel your pain. I have to adapt my workout schedule to me knee pain level. Losing weight over the last 2 years has really helped though! Hoping to avoid knee replacement!

For nov 2 logged, stayed under calorie goal and did 20 minutes yoga.
For today I did a 30 minute Crosshiit workout, logged all my food. It looks like I am way under calorie goal but it’s because I’m working nights.

What to say on behalf of the third of the month.
Off day for climbing. I just can't do that every day. Do some pushups, that counts.
    Buddy is coming over!
I wish I could think of what to say about what that little guy does for my heart.
He gots some physical and cognitive limitations...
But I think about him all the time.
I think about how people raise up their regular kids.
Well, you know, love and stuff. Goes on to say push them in the direction of independence and self sustainability.
Well, and we want a legacy of our values to be pushed forward into society.
But from Buddy, all we get out of that deal is love.
He ain't got much of a vocabulary but me and him got some telepathy going on.
    That's alright.
He lifts his arms up, I know he wants me to stand him up.
He walks around with me holding him up looking at everything.
He pulls over to the stroller. He wants in it.
We been known to go down the hill to the donut shop.
We been known to get a red velvet donut.
It's cold. I throw a wool blanket around his neck and it drapes over him in front of the chill breeze. He laughs and laughs.
Ain't nothing wrong with a day that Buddy comes over.
