Yes x 3, although exercise was just a 20 minute walk indoors around my house.
Sometimes I don't eat any of my exercise calories, sometimes I eat all of them. I let my hunger rule, within limits.3 -
Exercise: Yes 40 minutes on the stationary bike combined with seated upper body cardio, 20 minute walk, plus grocery shopping, it was an active day.

Do I eat back exercise calories? Not very many. Like today for instance, I was under by only one calorie. Then took my 10-calorie calcium pill and was over by nine. After exercise calories post then I'm under again.3 -

I do not eat back exercise calories either. I stick to my calorie budget. I may add some if I do boxing workout.2

I normally do eat back my workout calories -- with how much I run and strength train, I have too or I don't lose weight because my body goes into starvation mode and won't let weight go.
Had to take Pass Day #2 today -- still wasn't feeling 100% today. I am feeling much better tonight, so I should be back to almost normal tomorrow.
I did track everything and was under calories.5 -

I eat back exercise calories but I usually set the bar low. So I'll put it as leisurely walking or biking even if maybe it was a brisk walk just in case so I don't have it count for too many burned calories.4 -

Calorie budget right now is pretty low...try not to go over but occasionally eat back a portion of my exercise calories.3 -
Unfortunately, today is pass #2. I logged everything and was within my calorie budget, but it was a really busy day and my knees were killing me—so no workout today.😩4
