Good day and I came in under my upper limit for calories even with take out for supper.
Exercise was a tough physio session, but we have progressed from working on range to developing more strength and functional movements.
Spent time at the beach with my seals and planned for next week when I am in charge of the seal watch team because the other guy is away. Mom may leave during this time so I need to know what to do for various different possibilities. Probably going to be spending my early mornings at the beach so I'll do lunchtime gym sessions then.10 -
