    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 1hour,50 minute trail run/walk in the afternoon, then 2 hours strength training this evening.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, rehearsal dinner, enjoyed every single minute and bite, Cuban food, tres leches cake. Oh, my word!!

    This morning 134.2 woo hoo! I stayed indoors today but I did go outside this evening to grill chops for dinner. It was chilly out but not too bad and dinner was delicious.

    @BonnieHosk85 Tres leches is worth a pass day!
    We lived in Costa Rica for one year and we will be back there at Thanksgiving. Our Costa Rican host family's Mom is a wonder with tres leches.
