    Exercise: Y......15K steps including 25 and 60 minute walks.
    Calories: Y ......made it 5 minutes until midnight when the hot wings rolled in here at work tonight . Had a few and as a result needed to tap into the exercise calories. Oh well ....that’s what they’re there for......

    Was in my feet all day due to a moving/garage sale. Nonstop from 6am to 4pm, then some shopping and dinner at a friend's house. I'm beat and exhausted but it was a successful day and now I can sleep!

    I know it's too late to join, but I'm trying to get back on the right track and this group helps a lot! Managed three days of sticking to calories, two days of tracking and yesterday I managed to get a 60-minute walk in. Got food planned for today and determined to get some exercise.
