@angelswatercolor I was super dedicated to working out for 5 years and starting over with light dumbbells is so hard! Keep pressing on! We can do it!
Exercise: 2 hours walking (2 miles with dogs and 3.5 with hubby)
Calories: still on track but today has been a challenge and I want to snack so bad and I haven't just sat and snacked for months!
Logged every bite!
Yesterday I saw a new low weight on the scale (finally hit 130s!) And then today was up 3lbs for no reason other than it could be getting close to that time of the month. So that's annoying. Lol5 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 40 minutes outside walk in the BRrrrr! It was cold!!!

Back in the pool today, then grocery shopping. The rest of day was active at home: cooking, tidying, etc. We finished the day meeting our daughter and fiancé for dinner at a Thai restaurant. I googled healthy Thai choices beforehand so I was armed with information. The curry suggestion was perfect, loaded with veggies and brown rice on the side. Yum! I took half home for tomorrow. I always feel empowered when I successfully negotiate a tricky restaurant situation.
So yes on exercise, tracking (did my best logging the Thai meal) and calories.5 -

Yes to all three - long walks both days, tracked everything and under.

Weight Loss since November: 1.4 pounds4 -
Exercise: Y......15K steps including 25 and 60 minute walks.
Calories: Y ......made it 5 minutes until midnight when the hot wings rolled in here at work tonight . Had a few and as a result needed to tap into the exercise calories. Oh well ....that’s what they’re there for......

Was in my feet all day due to a moving/garage sale. Nonstop from 6am to 4pm, then some shopping and dinner at a friend's house. I'm beat and exhausted but it was a successful day and now I can sleep!4 -
I know it's too late to join, but I'm trying to get back on the right track and this group helps a lot! Managed three days of sticking to calories, two days of tracking and yesterday I managed to get a 60-minute walk in. Got food planned for today and determined to get some exercise.3
