    Exercise: Yes. 35 minutes Walk/Run, 2nd week of N2R. Never was comfortable jogging, always had trouble going slow enough to keep breathing under control, but finally learning slow and steady has it’s benefits.

    Exercised - yes! Lots of walking around a family fun park. Fun on Go Karts and rides!

    Calories - yes! Ate lunch before family outing and has a simple caesar with dressing on the side at a steakhouse. Avoided pizza later and had dinner when I got home. It, s amazing when I get back on track I have no interest or craving for sweets and junk. I do enjoy my after lunch ghirardelli chocolate and my yogurt topped with granola, fruit, and whipped cream.
