Late to the party this month, but back again after a year of constantly falling off the wagon due to a stressful time at work. I’m expecting that the stress will be less now, so I‘m giving it another go.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Today I ran my first-ever Spartan Sprint with my husband. Took us about 2 hours to complete -- it's basically a 4 mile trail run up and down huge hills and some of the rockiest, pot-holed terrain I've ever seen (they call our city's course the Ankle Breaker for a reason) with about 15 obstacles, from carrying 40 lb sandbags up and down a 1/2 mile hill, walls to climb over, cargo nets -- it was insane.
Although I'm late to the NSV party, I can say 5 years ago at my heaviest and out-of-shape I wouldn't have even made it past the first obstacle. Today I didn't do nearly as well as I wanted to (my grip strength and arms crapped out on me, and my knees were killing me from the hills, so I had to skip a few of the obstacles), and I feel completely defeated. The only thing keeping me the slightest bit happy is knowing I wouldn't have been able to do this at all just a few years ago.
And it has made me even more determined to lose the pounds I've put on, run faster, lift more, and keep getting stronger. Who knows -- maybe I'll be able to do it all next year. We'll see.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

Saturday was pass day #3, I wasn't able to track everything I ate. Packing and a long day road trip but there alot of snacks.
Yes x 3 for Sunday. Hours of packing, hopefully the last big day of it. Silver lining - lots of calories burned!4 -

yes, yes, yesI climbed up to the guardrail today.
Geesh I have done that climb hundreds of times.
I told a guy the other day 265 but I can't find how I got that number.
I think it is way more than that.
I ain't getting any faster though.
Record time for me 84 minutes. These days like 110. Almost 2 hours.
Had the place to myself this morning.
Found somebody's cell phone.
It had charge when I first found it.
Now it doesn't. I don't have the kind of plug to charge it. Thought about trying to find the owner.

Exercise was biking to church. Afterward went to the grocery store and found a 7lb chicken on sale for $7 (sell by by date was today) so bought it, broke it down, cooked the drumsticks for tonight's dinner, saved a breast for tomorrow (taco night), made stock with the back, and froze the rest!3 -

55 min walk, almost over cold. I think I’m healing faster! I heard walking can raise body temp & kill the germs but IDK - haha!

@RangerRickL Thanks for the love.
@corriepelc OMG you are an inspiration! I’ve been thinking about signing up for a Spartan run next year, they look so scary but fun.
3x’s yes. 45 minutes of strength and my first full hour of spin class- I’m not sure I’m going to learn to love spin but I am going to incorporate it into my workouts through the winter.
Good on calories with some exercise eat backs. Everything logged.3 -
