40 carbs, 30 fat, 30 protein. 1,700 calories limit. I saw a dietician and specifically asked for what percentages for myself. I eat differently due to IBS and gastroparesis.0

Due to pancreatitis I have to have a low fat diet.
My dietician and pancreas doctor have calculated the following, based on my activity level and the goal not to lose anymore weight.
Calories 1360, Carbs 45% - 153, Protein 40% - 136, Fat 15% - 23. So far, it's working. I stay within 2 lbs up or down a week.
