7 Week Challenge

I know there are probably a lot of challenges out there, probably similar to mine, but I created this one specifically for me to lose 10 pounds and get in shape in a 7 week period starting tomorrow. Using the reward system, I cannot allow myself alcohol or dessert if I do not work out first. 1200 calories is practically starving myself and I haven't gone that low purposely before but, I feel very determined today.

I created a folder with info such as calories and nutrition for common foods I eat, correct portion sizes for me as well as some tough love from myself, to myself.

I plan on doing yoga in the mornings as well as the 30 day squat challenge. Go hike nearby 3 times a week for an hour.

Here is my first week meal plan:

    I am 5’4 starting this month at 148lbs hoping to get down to 125 by June next year. My target for 20th December is 135 so I don’t end the year above 140 (Xmas gain). I will follow how u are getting on and let u know how I get on as well!

    Im 5"8 and starting at 156lbs hoping to get to 140lbs. However, im not overly conscious of the weight as im planning on bulking out with muscle ready for a charity boxing match in March. I could quite easily maintain weight but loe the fat i want to lose!

    I'm 5'4 179 lbs at the last weigh in this morning and that's a 5lb drop in 2 weeks :D
    I've cut to 1500 calories but adjusting so there is hopefully a 500cal deficit as it depends on how much I'm working out!!!
    Happy with this rate of loss as it feels sustainable. The aim is to lose 40lbs but I'm monitoring how I look and feel more than weight as I've started lifting at the gym.
