3x’s yes. Strength this morning and two hours of workouts this evening-TRX, Step and more strength. I am feeling it!!! Tomorrow our gym is having a big Turkey day workout in the morning, I’m looking forward to it. Really good on calories today and everything logged.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 1 1/2 hours cleaning and a 20 minute walk outside in the village only to turn around because of the rain. Beats snow, though!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, well under for today.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Looking forward to tomorrow which will be pass day #2 for me. No calorie counting or tracking anticipated for tomorrow. Planning on WC for the moment @RangerRickL .2 -

Yes, I will be in the Winner's Circle (even if I take a pass day for the remaining 3 days of the month). This challenge has been just right for holding me accountable and keeping me motivated. Tomorrow will definitely be a pass day.

My wife and I are doing something new in the morning. We are participating in the Thanksgiving Day run/walk at the YMCA. Should be interesting as I am working tonight and will be going in with no sleep. Temps are probably going to be in the mid 30s so I doubt I will have trouble staying awake. Just hope the wind settles down. I think the waves out on the lake here are 12’ or better now. Happy Thanksgiving to all who observe and to everyone else let’s finish strong in the last few days of November .
I should make the WC as I have only used 2 pass days so far.

hm, i'm thinking pass? well actually yea it's a pass cuz i didn't track my food. i've been so busy preparing thanksgiving meals (and succeeded!) that i never set time for myself to eat a proper meal, just lived off caffeine and water and then had a small plate of leftovers mom brought home and the sweet potato skins (w/ oil on them) leftover from makign sweet potato casserole and then for dinner i made hash and homemade dinner rolls with butter so i may or may not be over my calorie goal but im feeling too tired & overwhelmed right now to figure out how to log all that lol.
was super active today though, on my feet most of the day since 9am (with frequent but short breaks) and definitely snuck in an upper body workout from rolling out pie dough and handkneading bread dough
