    Congratulations on the new job. And 10lbs up is not so hard to deal with for someone with your determination.

    The new job is challenging (both scary and exciting). The employer has been fantastic about taking required time to look after family. I have been so grateful for that. Only time will tell if I have bitten off more than I can chew with the challenge of the new role.

    I am estimating the 10 lbs will take at least 3 months to shift. UAC will help a lot with that.
