I've been thinking of giving up white rice, which I usually have with fish and tofu dishes, which I make often and love the taste of.

The bad news was that the new fish recipe I tried tonight was way too spicy. The good news is that I was so preoccupied with cooling off my mouth with water that I totally bypassed the bed of rice on which I'd put it!

Got in a good workout. My weight hasn't changed since yesterday, but I did significantly better than then in the nutrition department today. We'll see!

3x’s yes. Snow day! Gym opened late and closed early with no classes. I’m counting 3hrs of shoveling as my exercise.
The snow was so heavy and piled so high by 7am that the snow blower could not handle it. It took me 3 hours to do all of the sidewalks and paths. Lol I flagged down a plow guy driving by and paid him to do my giant U shaped driveway.
Tomorrow morning shouldn’t be as bad but truthfully I didn’t mind the work, it was a really good full body workout.
    Logged and good on calories.

    You could do brown rice.

@lotta7e I have not given up white rice (I love jasmine rice or arborio rice in risotto or Bomba rice in paella) but instead have just been much more strict about portions. This way I get to enjoy what I use to eat and feel that it is teaching me more about what portion sizes I can eat at maintenance. (Ditto for pasta) i will sometimes use brown jasmine rice as well If I have time.

Exercise? Yes. 20 min yoga/core + almost 10,000 steps of Christmas shopping and housework!
    Within calorie goal? Yes.
Logging everything? Yes. Even added back in water tracking, which I had removed my third day on MFP. It's important for me to track because I have poor thirst cues, but I found it overwhelming when I was trying to also learn food tracking.
