I've been thinking of giving up white rice, which I usually have with fish and tofu dishes, which I make often and love the taste of.
@lotta7e I have not given up white rice (I love jasmine rice or arborio rice in risotto or Bomba rice in paella) but instead have just been much more strict about portions. This way I get to enjoy what I use to eat and feel that it is teaching me more about what portion sizes I can eat at maintenance. (Ditto for pasta) i will sometimes use brown jasmine rice as well If I have time.3 -

thanksgiving binge eating threw me way off course("a little bit of everything" surely turns into a huge plate no matter way lol, and then the 2 days after i kept eating too much despite my discomfort and sickliness.. old habits die hard i guess), been feeling under the weather too. i'm finally pulling myself up and getting back on track. nearly quit, but managed to get my ducks in a row and after a nice hour long yoga session i feel like i can continue on just fine
