Shopping for work shoes w/Sara
this morning then I'm going to get on the bike.
I did 10 miles in 47 mins yesterday.

Got to the gym yesterday morning before this ice storm we were meant to get. Of course it didn't happen when they said it was going to happen :-)
SO waiting to see what this weather will bring today. I'm going to work from home because I just don't feel like getting stuck on the road. Hoping that I can get to the gym at lunch time as long as the weather is okay. Back to work after being off. Glad to be done eating LOL!

Worked out w/our trainer for an hour. It's our day off walking or recumbent. I might go to the store...maybe...maybe not. Our weather is wet and windy. Not my time of year.

I don't love the cold either Chris! Meeting running late here and not able to get over to the gym. Hoping it ends soon, or I will have to do some laps in the building0

It’s cold in Atlanta. I hate walking in the cold. I’m considering purchasing a new treadmill or joining a gym to have variety and access to a pool.
Yesterday 35 sec planking 90 minutes Tennis drills in 40 degree weather.

Cold and rainy here in northern California...no walking for us. I have our trainer at noon for 60 mins and will get on the recumbent later...maybe. Nothing yesterday but doctor's appt.

I did force myself to go workout at the fitness center @ work.....30 mins cardio, 20 mins weight training

Worked out w/our trainer for 60 mins today. That's all! Pat talked me out of going to the store. I have to do it tomorrow!!!!!!!

So jealous of you all. You are all doing great. My back won't let me lift right now. Picking up my small dogs causes me pain! Let me know what you all follow through with!

Wednesday I had a swim lessons or 60 minutes and Thursday 60 minute tennis practice.
Still trying to decide between treadmill or gym membership. I have a match on Saturday. It looks like we may be lucky with the weather. Falcons game on Sunday.

I took yesterday as a rest day. Super busy at work and needed to leave early for bellas holiday chorus concert which was great. Caffinating now to prep for workout before the work day starts!

Working out w/our trainer today, and I might get on the recumbent if my hip doesn't act up like it did yesterday. Man! It hurt and hurt and hurt!! I'm okay today.

No walking...hip started hurting a three blocks out. I could not get it to stop. We came home. It doesn't hurt on the recumbent so I did get 15 miles and some Jack Ryan done!!!

In NYC for Bella's birthday over night. Lots of walking. Hit the gym this morning while DH and DD slept in. 30 mins elliptical and 10 min treadmill.

Worked out w/our trainer for 60 mins yesterday. After they are picked up it's to the store for coffee beans and flowers then reading for the rest of the day.

I'm starting to feel better. This sinus infection / cold has really knocked me out. Just got my sneakers on to get to the gym this morning after probably like a week and a half. Going to take it easy but chest when I move my body.

was going to meet w/our trainer today but she got stressed w/her son and his wife coming into town and getting ready for tomorrow so we cancelled our session. I'll see her on Friday. That worked for me.

Kathy if you are not a self motivator a treadmill will become a coat rack. But if you can motivate yourself a treadmill is awesome. I wish no e was in front of a window sometimes.?

60 mins w/our trainer. It was a good session. Then shopped for fruits and veggies. Back on track.

50 mins at the gym....20 mins leg weight training, 30 mins of cardio...10 treadmill, 10 stair climber, 10 elliptical
