Between now and my Jan 19th mini-goal of 165 lbs. I've decide to cut out booze. Yes, that means a dry New Years Eve. I have a buddy coming for a weekend, so that will be a wet exception, but those extra couple of hundred calories won't be a part of my routine between now and then.2

I found a sober festive period quite enjoyable last year (went alcohol-free from 15th Dec - 15th Jan for charity)0
