I may not be in the circle but I'm still here so I'm happy with that. I'm also not waiting till the 1st. Work is over for now (1 week off now then work for 2 then off for another 2) so I can always do the afternoon nap if needed. Today will be a good day, I have already decided.
Morning Jiu Jitsu, baby dedication for a friend and then either fun fair with house mate or pizza with the family. I can make good food choices within those options.8 -

First pass day for the month. Really missed the walk. Head has not been in the game all day (possibly due to the heat). May do a morning and evening tomorrow just to keep mind in order.
As mentioned in yesterdays thread, leg is feeling a lot better, can lift and move it without manhandling or pain.
Will try get some good sleep tonight.7 -
And a successful day as planned. Rolled with my house mate which isn't my first choice, but was the best option available and it is a tough roll so had me gassed out pretty quickly. Also did my rehab stretches etc and some drills with house mate.
Food choices were ok considering I was out but evening plans changed to relaxing at home because I was tired, brother struggling with back issues and house mate has some vertigo from flying with sinus last week. That gave me more options to choose better and plan before I eat. Also helped that I need to go shopping so had limited options available.
Before I sleep I'm going to do some journalling about my hopes and goals for next year which include more journalling.
Oh and my kidney is coming to visit in three weeks. Haven't seen him since early August when I had my 6 week past transplant check up!8 -
Still hanging on to my one pass for tomorrow. I fully intend to be in the Winners Circle.

Thanks for the Winner's Circle list so far Rick. I'm there and because I'm determined to be there with zero pass days left.............I pre-logged tomorrow to make sure I can do it. If I have cereal for breakfast, grapes for a snack, a small bowl of soup for lunch I can still have a couple of glasses of champagne, clam chowder, scampi, swordfish and spinach for dinner.....lol, about 1400 calories

Exercise: Yes, still feeling a bit dizzy in the am, or when I change positions in bed, from the vertigo so had to skip my PT appointment. I did it at home (20 minutes) and then walked my dog for 20 minutes
Calories: Yes, feeling better so got closer to 1300 but still under easily
Logging: Yes, logged it all, even the extra egg I didn't think I wanted until hubby cooked it for me

Managed to stay under logged and did a slow paced walk so my knees could take a break but get some exercise nasty ice and snow storm here in the Adirondack’s so I guess shovel or snow plow tomorrow!!4

Calories: nope but I didn’t overdo it.

I used my last pass today, unplannned and for no good reason except I needed a break. Lol!

No, no, mostly yes.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No exercise except normal walking around (counting this as a no)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No. I ate all my meals in restaurants. This turned out to be a social/work day. I went way over in calories. I missed my simple healthy food. Restaurant food is so rich and oily in comparison. I think in the future I might eat at home and just order tea or coffee and a salad.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, I logged everything except two food items in a Chinese restaurant and guessed at those calories3 -

I’m sitting in a hotel in Tucumcari, NM. Tomorrow, we will drive 9 hours to Tucson. I love the Saguaro National Park in Tucson. I’ll take some photos of those amazing cactus. They are only found at certain altitudes and within the Sonoran desert.
