Goals/Day/Comments: flight today. Made my breakfast to take with me. I stuck to the plan and only bought water at the airport. I then walked and walked until my plane boarded. Refrained from jogging this morning. Airport was so crowded. Car battery dead again when I got here so missed lunch. Went grocery shopping after getting new battery. It is so nice to cook my own meals.6 -

Exercise? Definitely. 55 minute walk. 9k steps for the day. Oh, dang it - core exercises as soon as I post this. (Why do I keep forgetting that resolution?). Edit: did 'em.
Within my calorie goal? Basically. A little bit under 1350 (my preferred minimum) cause my box of power greens had gone bad even though it's before the expiration date. I need to keep some quick veggie options in the freezer just for such emergencies.

The body was willing to do more cardio today but I didn't want to overdo it.

Temperature a few degrees warmer so I kind of felt like I had my layers wrong.
Icy patch was gone.
