    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, hot yoga again. 60+minutes. My body is feeling sore & tired
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, intentionally ate more today because I didn’t eat enough yesterday & with increased activity I don’t want to get soo hungry I binge.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

    Exercise? Definitely. 55 minute walk. 9k steps for the day. Oh, dang it - core exercises as soon as I post this. (Why do I keep forgetting that resolution?). Edit: did 'em.

    Within my calorie goal? Basically. A little bit under 1350 (my preferred minimum) cause my box of power greens had gone bad even though it's before the expiration date. I need to keep some quick veggie options in the freezer just for such emergencies.

    Tracked everything? Oui.

    Macros are spot on.
    The body was willing to do more cardio today but I didn't want to overdo it.
    No plans to use any passes in the foreseeable future but tomorrow is another day.

    Kind of like 2 and a half hours of hill repeats today.
    Temperature a few degrees warmer so I kind of felt like I had my layers wrong.
    Icy patch was gone.
    Mr Wizard says exercise calories upwards of 1,000.
    Haven't eaten into it. See how the scale responds in the morning.
