    Sigh back to day 1 for tracking & cdop, had a bad day on friday, and it showed up in a 3 pound gain, hopefully that is some water retention due to high salt intake and will quickly eqalize but I will have to wait and see over the next 2 days.

    DP = daily points
    WP= weekly points
    AP = Activity points
    CDOP = consecutive days on plan
    SW = starting weight
    GW = goal weight
    CW = current weight
