Dear Team mate,
You can follow whatever exercise program works for you, but the UAC rules are very simple and listed at the beginning of each day’s discussion. Failure to meet any one of the 3 healthy habits triggers a Pass Day.
You can do any exercise of your choice in fulfilling the minimum 20 minutes rule. A stroll at a modest pace is sufficient.
You keep track of you.
At the end of the month, each member self-reports their qualifying for the Winners Circle.
Many of us do not qualify each month, but still achieve our overall goals.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 34 minutes of barre strength (Barre Blend Booty Blend), 1 mile treadmill walk, and three hours of dancing around during band practice.

Exercise: Yes, 45 minutes walk in town, glorious sunshine. Sat outside cafe at the end of my walk and had a zero Coke
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Swapped planned snacks for alcohol and ate into my walk calories, but was under budget.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Lots of stress around my partner, but exercise helps me get rid of the tension. Better than alcohol!5 -

Yes x3 today. This group helped majorly with stopping my overeating today. I kept wanting to eat more but kept thinking about how badly I don't want to use another pass day already, so I managed to make it through8
