I love them. Tonight I did a 31 minute yoga type workout. It was from Lee Mills on demand. It went by quickly. I am not as graceful as they are. Wrote it on my calendar! :p

    Recumbent bike - 40 minutes - 9.4 miles

I will start the tank top arms today. My issue will be the push ups. I will do what I can.

Karen and Kathy push-ups can be intimidating to most women. But when done properly will increase our strength. And firm the chest muscles. And the sisters will benefit from that. Try to start on your toes and then drop to your knees when form starts to suffer. Doing push-ups on your knees is OK. Not doing them is not OK. Own the push-up. Break it down. Push up, then lower yourself down. Then back up again. If going down is to hard only go half way down, then back up. Doing this will build strength and enable you to go further after a short time. If they are still impossible to do then do bench presses. Just grab some hand weights and lay on your back and knock some out. Then transition into push-ups. Don't make me come over there! >:)

    You got this.

Recumbent bike - 45 minutes - 10.7 miles I have a tennis match this afternoon (it’s going to be 57 which is great, I’ve played in colder) so I didn’t do tank top arms yesterday evening. Afraid my arms would hurt too much. I will do them tonight or tomorrow morning.

Shelley, you can stay home this weekend!! Did push-ups yesterday w/our trainer. They were on a bar she can move up and down depending on how low she wants me to go. By the time I do my third set, my arms are yelling at me!! I do these three times a week.

My team took all 5 matches. My doubles partner and I played over 2 hours and won 7-6 & 6-2. I had over 10,880 steps. It was a good day but it turned cold and very windy.

Karen sorry you are feeling I'll again. Glad you managed to get in some weights.

Chris those pushups were amazing! Great job.

Kathy congratulations. What a great win. You have to have felt awesome!

Friday I did upper body. 18 minutes of straight exercises. Started with bench presses and pushups. Then straight into triceps and finished with shoulders. Feeling it today. Today I did yoga for 30 minutes and treadmill for 30. Still not walking fast. That fall pinched a nerve. Darn thing is a real pain in my booty.

Karen I know how hard it is to not workout when you want to. Get well and crush it later.

Got up and did a 30 minute strength yoga. Then I decided I really wanted to work on strength. Did 35 minutes of shoulders, squats and lunges. I am sure I will feel it later.

Chris it covered some of the Armed and Fabulous criterias! o:)

Kathy thanks so much! I know your pain. My legs are feeling it also!

Chris sorry to hear your wind ruined your day. We live in one of the world's worst cities for sustained wind. But it does keep the rift raft out!

Got up early to workout. My Les Mills would not load. Did some yoga poses. Still would not work after work. Finally got it working at 1000. Call it my rest day.

Kathy slow is better than not at all! I find that music that makes you want to dance is best for walks. On the treadmill I also found that my speed is often in sync with what I am watching or listening to. I think of this music as my cleaning music. I get it done much quicker. So next time you go walking take along your favorite music. Texting is not good for speed. ;)

I worked a little late tonight due to the commissioner meeting. They are going to start playing them on You Tube I was told. Interesting. I will be that deputy who sits up front. Or stands. But I digress. I still managed to get in about 20 minutes of arms. Lee Mills, biceps, triceps and shoulders. Shoulders were tough.

Chris I Did everything on the challenge including the dips. o:)

Kathy I am doing the same. Creating a habit. And I'M am logging it! B) Nice walk!

Chris I did everything above and then some. Yesterday was physical therapy. I have decided to not go anymore. I don't think I need it anymore. Healing up nicely now. Walked 11000 steps today. This evening did a n upper body workout for 40 minutes. Beginning to raise my weights a little. I hate dips! Pushups are getting better. And doing 25 pound chest presses for now. Going to stick with that weight f9r now. Those were are pretty long.

Kathy and Karen that is great! Just keep moving!

Went to the mall and walked around looking for a television. The one I ordered was cancelled! >:) Found one at Best Buy I liked. They had to order it. It will be here Thursday. I did an upper body workout. 18 minute blast. Then tried a short beginners body attack one for about 17 minutes. I need new bras with better support for that workout. It was fun. Non exercise things today included cleaning all 3 aquariums and water changes. The sand here needed cleaning. Took apart two pumps and pulled the protein skimmers and cleaned them. Even found a red starfish that has been Mia for a couple of years! Fat and grew an inch. :) I made cream puffs for work.

    Night everyone

Seeing our trainer at noon then the grocery store. Looking for a new soup recipe. I think one with sweet potatoes in it will fill the bill. We'll just have to wait and see.

Chris I like turnips and cabbage. Hope you had a good workout. My daughter has to do most exercises sitting. Her ankle has not healed well. :'(

Did 45 minutes of Lee Mills upper body strength training. Sadly they still managed to throw in some lunges and squats! Sore legs.
