Exercise? ¡Si! 23 minute walk with my friend and her kid, then some playing on the playground. There might even be a picture of me on a spiral slide, but I'm not verifying that rumor. And 20 minutes yoga.

    Within my calorie goal? Ja.

    Tracked everything? Oui.

    exercise - yes
    tracked - yes
    Budget - yes

"off" day for exercise but I did satisfy the minimum. Walking etc.

Put some new brakes on my bicycle. Heh, what goes up must come down so I go through a lot of brakes. Heh, I bet I spend more on brakes than a person might spend on membership at the nearby gym.

    Exercise: Yes 30 min walking
    Tracked: Yes
    Calories: Yes

Question for the experts in the crowd: I really felt the calorie deficit today and had trouble focusing on work, so I did other things that required less attention. My tracked TDEE for the past 11 days (all I've been keeping track so far) is 2292. Should I boost my calorie goal from 1390 to 1490?

That sounds like a smart choice. You are running a very high deficit if your TDEE is ~2300 and you are only eating ~1400. I'd definitely up the calories and see how it goes. If you feel better and still lose weight, it's a win-win!
