"off" day for exercise but I did satisfy the minimum. Walking etc.
Put some new brakes on my bicycle. Heh, what goes up must come down so I go through a lot of brakes. Heh, I bet I spend more on brakes than a person might spend on membership at the nearby gym.4 -

Ah those pictures are making me long for sunshine and warmth! A blowing, snowy -30 here today. Not a lot of outdoor exercise happening in this weather. I do enjoy sledding with the kids, running up the hill is great cardio (and going down is a blast). My favorites are walking and biking.

January 8: 3 yes today, 1 pass day used so far this month.
Exercise: A cold and windy 6am run/walk and PT tonight after work.
Tracking: yes
Calories: Under by a few.
My favorite outdoor activities are hiking and gardening, both of which are not possible where I live. For the last few years, I’ve been running instead, but the temptation to stop in Winter is enormous. Stopped last Winter due to insomnia and am now back to 10k training.9 -
Forgot my favorite outdoor activities...
Riding my bike. Feeling the wind in my face. Catching crawldads (crayfish) in the stream. Hiking in the hills. NOT mountain biking. I always end up upside down when I mountain bike. Chilling on the beach is another favorite. Get up early go for a ride around town, then go for a jog on the beach. Take my shoes off. Feel the sand between my toes and the sun on my back. Take a dip to cool off then head back to the rental and make breakfast for the family. That is my happy place.9 -
Yes x 3
Really just wanted to collapse after work, but didn't want to take a pass day, so out with the dog for an evening walk. And it made us both feel better.
Favorite outdoor activity is being in the ocean with a pair of flippers on, just paddling around and relaxing. But since I'm in an area with colder ocean water now, my favorite activity has become hiking alone with my dog along the ocean cliffs.9 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 2 mile treadmill run this morning
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Nope -- Pass Day #2 -- unplanned dinner with my hubby at Chick-Fil-A. Was worth it.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!8 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, an hour shoveling snow from my sidewalks and driveway, and an hour walk later for myself. I can call someone for snow removal, but I'm glad I'm physically fit enough to shovel the snow myself.

Question for the experts in the crowd: I really felt the calorie deficit today and had trouble focusing on work, so I did other things that required less attention. My tracked TDEE for the past 11 days (all I've been keeping track so far) is 2292. Should I boost my calorie goal from 1390 to 1490?4 -

That sounds like a smart choice. You are running a very high deficit if your TDEE is ~2300 and you are only eating ~1400. I'd definitely up the calories and see how it goes. If you feel better and still lose weight, it's a win-win!1
