I recommend that you look back at yesterday's NSV posts and you will be inspired by what our friends have accomplished by being stronger than their strongest excuses.

Today was yoga and Jiu Jitsu. Plus some playing in the ocean to deal with the heat wave. Allowed to do Jiu Jitsu was long as it doesn't trigger my shoulder issue so I did about half of warm up and technique.
Ate too the edge of my allowance but not great choices at all. Oh well, first day of holiday. I will try and do better tomorrow.8 -
Yes x 3. Managed a swim. Felt great. Reading all your amazing NSVs I felt of all the excuses at the moment. Time to get a grip on it. If not now, when?7

Ugggghhhh, I'm really struggling right now and trying to keep up with this group. I suppose even if I don't make the Winner's Circle it's still worth checking in every day. This vertigo thing is really slowing me down exercise wise and wearing me out emotionally. Anyway, I'll stick around as long as I think I can contribute and get a little close to ending the month in style.

Exercise: Yes, 61 minutes of hip therapy, strength training including squats, step ups and RDL's, all done at home because I was too dizzy to drive to the gym.
Calories: Yes, I'm not having any problems sticking to my calorie goal although we have friends coming over Saturday and I may go over. Today I was about 350 calories under
Tracking: Yes, no problem!11 -
Yep here I am jogging to Wii with my daughter while all of you are doing serious exercise programs... i need more of a life..
YES x's 3....7 -
@fitlulu4150 please stick with us no matter how many passes you have. I only make the circle about half the time but I know I make better choices because I keep trying and checking in each day.
The vertigo sounds like an awful health problem to deal with, just know we are all here for support and to cheer you on as you do your best!
3x’s yes. Spin and yoga for exercise. Good on calories but again I over ate nuts and had to cut back the rest of the day. I wasn’t hungry so it worked out but I think I need to stop buying nuts for a little while I’m having trouble with my self control.6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. The body wanted to rest today but I still took a nice easy walk for 35 minutes. Afterward, my body still wanted to rest, so I gave in. I rested! 😊
An important lesson for me on this journey is learning to listen to my body.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, of course.
No passes used but I am planning to use a pass some time this weekend.
Have a successful day tomorrow, all!5 -

@fitlulu4150. This *IS* the toughest challenge on MFP. Even if you have more than 3 pass days, stay with the group. Most take a few months to be able to stay consistent enough to make circle.
The point it to KEEP GOING. This is how you make habits that will keep you healthy for life. Its the repetition.
So glad you are still here.

Exercise: Yes, walk at work
Log it all: Yep
Under cal: Yep.5 -
Taking 3rd pass today. Walk run this morning. It was pretty cold today (-5C). All you can eat buffet style work dinner, where I stuck to really small portions and guess-tracked dinner, but probably still went over. Still hungry when I got home and then certainly went a little over. Guessing calories doesn’t work that well for me :-/.7
