01/14 191.8 - Same as last week. Again water retention issue. I did some running this weekend, but didn't drink enough water the past 2 days. The moment my water intake reduces below 6 cups a day whilst pushing with some heavy cardio, my body just holds onto fluids. I don't run to the toilet as often as I usely do. This is always then evident on the scale the next day2 -
