Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 2 mile treadmill run + 32 minutes of barre strength this morning.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Nope -- Pass Day #3 for me today. Hubby and I had a special treat at In-N-Out and I'm not sorry about it! LOL I won't have another Pass Day this month, so I'll still be in the Winner's Circle for sure.

On track dayWent revisited one of my old climb stretches. Spent forty minutes climbing it, maybe 10 or so descending. It is a steeper climb than I've been on in a while. 8% overall but it has even steeper patches in it. The repeat hill I've been on since the start of winter is like 5%. I had it in mind to do two repeats on this one but I got text that said Buddy on his way over.
My wife says that if I'm not home when Little Buddy comes over he just sits and waits for me by the door. Heh. He finds something to play with regardless of where hie is sitting. I am charmed by the idea of it though; him waiting for me in the entryway.
I didn't get to exploring those nooks and crannies and rock overhangs and such. Couple of seasons ago I found bones kind of under a rock shelf and I figured a coyote ate something there. I get to thinking about it in retrospect though and I think it was a coyote that got eaten there. Heh. Think about that chain of command. What is big enough to eat a coyote? That is my question of the day.

Exercise: Yes, a good 40 minutes walking
Calories: Over. I was really hungry, didn't fancy my already prepared chicken, tomato and cabbage, had white bread sandwiches with cheese and ham for lunch and pasta carbonara for dinner, with several glasses of whisky before bed. It had been a horrid morning, with a leaking radiator, emergency plumbers and partner being difficult about money. The book club in the afternoon should have compensated, but I took my partner and spent half an hour explaining to him again who's who. He hadn't read the book either.
Off to Paris today, whereI always do a lot of walking. Just need to keep the food in restaurants under control. Fish?6 -
