    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 2 mile treadmill run + 32 minutes of barre strength this morning.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Nope -- Pass Day #3 for me today. Hubby and I had a special treat at In-N-Out and I'm not sorry about it! LOL :) I won't have another Pass Day this month, so I'll still be in the Winner's Circle for sure.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    @oldDogBiking Fantastic photo. Nature is amazing. I love your hiking tales. What's big enough to eat a coyote? A crow or a vulture and all their aunts and uncles and cousins, little by little.
