Exercise? Yeah. 30 minutes on the treadmill. Actually stayed at my top speed for the entire 20 minute middle (after warm up and before cool down). Usually I wimp out and lower the speed.
Within my calorie goal? Okay. A little lower than I am trying for. I had planned for 3 slices of French toast (my dinner) but was full after 2. I feel stupid to be struggling to eat enough calories when everyone else is working so hard to eat less.
Tracked everything? Absolutely.
I love a wide range of music, but, actually, never workout to music! (Well, yoga has music, but that's not my choice.) Right now we are watching the entire "Batman the Animated Series" during treadmill/exercise bike.4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 2 mile treadmill run + 33 minutes of barre strength
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
I have to have great music for my runs. I can't run without music -- tried and failed miserably. I use an app called RockMyRun -- it has mixes of all different genres, from country to pop to rock. They're all set different BPMs, so you can search for a specific BPM or you can search by workout type (walking, running, strength, etc.) and it will give you suggestions for mixes. It's awesome! I tried it for 30 days for free and was hooked -- I think I pay like $12 a year for a subscription. So worth it for me.7 -
Exercise: yes. It included shoveling.
Calories within goal: yes
Tracked: yes
Music: during wt. lifting I like Blues; like Joe Bonamassa or Dee Miller. However, while running I like a mix of 70’s & 80’s or a U Tube running mix of current songs.5 -
Exercise: yes. 30 minutes swimming laps (with breaks). But the rest of the day was a bust due to a migraine.

3 x’s yes. Spin and yoga today. Great on calories.
Since I’m into group exercise I kind of just rock out to anything with a beat. Certain classes have the same play list every single time. Which you would think would be super annoying but often I find it gets me into the zone. Spin classes are usually fun with lots of different music, some instructors really work hard on motivating playlists.
Lol my current kickboxing class is mastering Drills and HIITs set to only boy bands.4 -

Music: upbeat. I don't know a lot about music but mostly whatever catches my attention goes into my playlist.4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 110 minutes, walking at different speeds, in the gym and outside. Still rivers of ice here on the ground.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Music: I do a lot of walking and slow running outside, if the weather is decent. I often do walking meditations, so I listen to nature and my surroundings and my own meditation focus instead of music. I do the same thing in the gym. I like guitar music for the little I listen to, especially flamenco guitar, like this short video of Barcelona street music:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zy4mArn9Rkk

I am struggling to track calories and get back on the program. But I will do this. So this is my post for the past few days and confession of no tracking and no posting.
I always listen to music on my treadmill. And I always include Queen's "Another One Bites the Dust" to play right close to the end of my workout. It makes me smile knowing its almost done!
This is my current playlist:
1. The Middle ~ Jimmy Eat World
2. Move ~ Mercy Me
3. Hold On ~ Alabama Shakes
4. Fight Song ~ Rachel Platten
5. Lose Yourself ~ Eminem
6. Trenches ~ Pop Evil
7. Till I Collapse ~ Eminem
8. Her Strut ~ Gretchen Wilson
9. Hot Legs ~ Rod Stewart
10. Simply Irresistible ~ Robert Palmer
11. Those Shoes ~ The Eagles
12. Another One Bites the Dust ~ Queen
13. Dig Down ~ Muse
14. Whatever It Takes ~ Imagine Dragons
15. Better Life ~ Keith Urban3 -
Had a very lazy today today, so no x 3. Hopefully, I'll get to the gym tomorrow.3

Have fun on vacation. It seems overwhelming to eat within bounds but after the first 2 day splurge, it’s easier to get on track. You just feel icky after those first 2 days.1 -
Yes, Yup, Yessir. Exercise was mowing the lawn (20 minutes) and riding bike to the store (10 minutes).1
