    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 110 minutes, walking at different speeds, in the gym and outside. Still rivers of ice here on the ground.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Music: I do a lot of walking and slow running outside, if the weather is decent. I often do walking meditations, so I listen to nature and my surroundings and my own meditation focus instead of music. I do the same thing in the gym. I like guitar music for the little I listen to, especially flamenco guitar, like this short video of Barcelona street music:

    I am struggling to track calories and get back on the program. But I will do this. So this is my post for the past few days and confession of no tracking and no posting.


    I always listen to music on my treadmill. And I always include Queen's "Another One Bites the Dust" to play right close to the end of my workout. It makes me smile knowing its almost done!

    Have fun on vacation. It seems overwhelming to eat within bounds but after the first 2 day splurge, it’s easier to get on track. You just feel icky after those first 2 days.

    Yes, Yup, Yessir. Exercise was mowing the lawn (20 minutes) and riding bike to the store (10 minutes). :)

    E - Yes - I slept in again!!! But I went to Y and lunch and swam half a mile.
    C - Yes - I have a new blender and have been trying new things.
    T - Yes - yep

    The Y classes all have music, (sometimes too loud!) and it's fun to workout to the beat. However, on my own I mostly go without. Sometimes all the extra stuff (phone, headphone, charging, etc.) just complicates things.
