I spent the entire day doing a huge, mentally exhausting favor for someone else.
Exercise: No. I didn't have time, except for a trip to the grocery store.
Calories: Yes, I ate the same things I usually eat and know I stayed within my limit.
Tracked: ??? I don't know if this means mentally or if I logged it here on MFP or on paper. I didn't log it here or write it down, but I've been in maintenance since November and mentally tracked. I know what and how much I ate and stayed within my daily goal.2 -
