Sooooo, I had a great time in San Francisco with my daughter and her husband. Wine tasting, an ice cream tour (OMG), lots of walking, lots of games and luckily I came home weighing the same as I did when I left on Friday. I'm pretty sure I kept things in check but since I didn't really do any dedicated exercise or track my calories Saturday and Sunday, I'm taking those as my last pass days this month.
I'm also taking today as a pass day because it was a travel day and no real exercise, other than walking through airports, so I'm going to miss this month's Winner's Circle. I'll finish the month out strong though and will be ready to go for February!

Fitlulu4150, walking through an airport would count for me if it was all I could do! I count whatever I have to if I've taken the time to meet the other 2 requirements.😜 I like the idea of a set "exercise," but I meet myself coming and going so much that mine is usually worked into the course of what I need to do. From back when I used to do earbuds this tune used to be in my playlist at about minute 80 or so. Kind of my signal to get to the top within ten minutes in order to be at my average pace.

This was my first crossfit class in almost 2 weeks after taking time to rest a muscle strain in my back. I took a bit off the weights and had a good workout.2 -
@JTreasures I might have counted the "airport walking" if I also tried to log food today. The weekend and today were really a bust for me but I'm not that worried about it and will get back to my normal food and workout routine tomorrow.

Fitlulu: I vote for counting the airport unless it was a tiny building. I walk up & down the gates until I’m forced to board. It’s great to get in exercise b4 being forced to sit for hours.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Stayed home today as I feel like my body is battling lots of germies, so exercise today was just 20 minutes of cleaning up the house and doing some easy tasks just to get my body moving.

Ate carefully & enjoyed lunch out. Am under calories, but did see my eating out bad habits return.
Back to protein pacing at home now.
I paid attention to how I felt after Sunday’s dinner & todays lunch....Not Good. That’s how I didn’t eat out Fri & Sat. I actually don’t feel well after restaurant food. This gives me Hope.
