Sooooo, I had a great time in San Francisco with my daughter and her husband. Wine tasting, an ice cream tour (OMG), lots of walking, lots of games and luckily I came home weighing the same as I did when I left on Friday. I'm pretty sure I kept things in check but since I didn't really do any dedicated exercise or track my calories Saturday and Sunday, I'm taking those as my last pass days this month.
I'm also taking today as a pass day because it was a travel day and no real exercise, other than walking through airports, so I'm going to miss this month's Winner's Circle. I'll finish the month out strong though and will be ready to go for February!

@RangerRickL, just read about that great anniversary number. You get a big congrats from me. Hubby and I are working our way up to 42 years in May so I totally get it! Love that your wife chose a hike for the DAY!2

Fitlulu4150, walking through an airport would count for me if it was all I could do! I count whatever I have to if I've taken the time to meet the other 2 requirements.😜 I like the idea of a set "exercise," but I meet myself coming and going so much that mine is usually worked into the course of what I need to do.
