Not a bad January for exercise really.
You know as far as they go.
18,400 of climb, possibly more if I get out again on Thursday.
So I beat last Jan and the one before as well.
I been record keeping since Oct of '16. That is when I got that GPS watch and the accompanying Strava account.
Today I turned over 750,870 (feet of climb or elevation change)
When I turned over 700,000 I kind of over celebrated.
No celebrating today. Kind of imbibed yesterday.
So over 40 months I got an average of 18771 feet per month.
Seems kind of weird but I guess I count that as fun.
It is outdoor exercise anyway.
I am still over my target weight. So for all of that exercise my fork is still dominating my equation.
Garmin app shows my on days for exercise.6 -

Even though today is my second pass day and am not using the last one I believe I will be in the winners circle. I have logged tracked and exercised a few bumps here and there but ok with my success good luck to all for the rest of the challenge3

Golf 18 holes, lots of walking. Walked next to the cart most of the time. I knew I would be eating out and pushed the exercise to get within my numbers. So much easier to stay home and cook.
Winner’s Circle - I’ve used 3 passes to date. I would like to say I am going to make it but friends are coming in and big get together/celebration Friday evening. I plan to pay attention to what I eat and drink to keep it under control but today was a struggle. I predict Friday will be much more difficult.5 -

Travel day. Exhaustion paved the way to pizza, fries, and beer.
I left the winner’s circle a while ago, but will try again for the rest of the month and in February. No more travel until March.7 -

No WC for me, but that week of skiing was worth it! I'm signed up for February. Maybe that's my chance.
E - Yes - Swimming, and boy was it crowded!
C - Yes - Under my range and I still hit all the nutrition goals.
T - Yes - So easy when I do all my own cooking.

Today was another day when I debated whether to sit on the couch or finish my steps late.

I’m taking my final Pass Day today. Just a little over
Walked 76 minutes & logged over 10,500 steps!!

Far from the winner’s circle with Pass number 7!!! This might be the most pass days I’ve used in one round in the last year.
Of course I’m also settling back into losing mode with tighter calories and no exercise eat backs after a relaxed few months so this isn’t a huge surprise.
Even with 7 pass days the scale is responding nicely.6 -
