    Nope, no circle this month.

    I need some minor surgery, no exercise until I heal, so dropping out for the rest of this month. I'll still be following all of your posts though!!

    Best wishes for your surgery and an uneventful recovery. I'm only in UAC for the first week of February, so I'll look forward to seeing your posts in March.

    Even though today is my second pass day and am not using the last one I believe I will be in the winners circle. I have logged tracked and exercised a few bumps here and there but ok with my success good luck to all for the rest of the challenge

    Haven't used any pass days yet, so I will definitely make the Winner's Circle for my 2nd month in UAC. Undecided about rejoining for February.

    11k + steps taking my students on a field trip which added more steps but also made me hungrier

    No WC for me, but that week of skiing was worth it! I'm signed up for February. Maybe that's my chance.

    E - Yes - Swimming, and boy was it crowded!
    C - Yes - Under my range and I still hit all the nutrition goals.
    T - Yes - So easy when I do all my own cooking.

    @oldDogBiking - <3 the part about, "So for all of that exercise my fork is still dominating my equation." You are too funny!
