Exercise: walked 110 minutes in the nearby national park (cold and windy, but the sun was out).
Calories: came in 466 under with exercise.

Couldn’t make it my my yoga class so I did yoga at home. Next month I will mix up my exercise schedule & do other stuff so I am not tied to the gym yoga schedule. It has been great doing yoga every day & helped both mind & body but i am ready for some variety7 -

Three yeses today for the first time in a long time. Tracked, ate reasonably healthy, stayed under, went to PT, and got a significant amount of walking done.7

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Walking Ollie and Zoe, 24 minutes. 0.46 miles (feeling sick with a sore throat and no energy, had to pass on 2nd walk of the day with the pups)
