In the foreground is a very fuzzy pretty cactus called the Chainfruit Cholla. If you touched that cactus it would never let go. It has fishhook spines that dig in and are barbed. Look but don’t touch!7 -

C - yes - Super day, eating wise - I brought all three meals to work and ate only what I had planned. Sound pathetic but I didn't go astray. I got there early and worked late then went to choir practice. AND I totally ignored the group kitchen brownies and doughnuts others brought in. (Who is this new person?)

Ahh! I forgot to sign in for 3 days?! What the heck. I started a new job this week and it's been an adjustment.

Today was an unplanned pass day #2. My job has been stressful, which is usually is, but it's worse now because of flu season. Anyway, I didn't have time to eat a healthy meal, then grabbed a handful of chips at the nurses station . . . and just kept at it. Then, I figured ah hell, it's over anyway, may as well pick up a bottle of wine. I drank two big glasses. The wine made me feel so much better. All the stress went away. But I know that's not a long term stress plan, lol. Ah well, back to the plan today. I still expect to make the winner's circle. I have 1 pass day left, and plan to be super good today.6 -
Was working in Paris for last couple of days. Hard to log restaurant meals. Probably stayed under calories, definitely did more than 20 minutes walking each day.3
