    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! Walked a little more than a 5K (3.20 miles)

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I had lunch with a friend at the local Chinese/Japanese all-you-can-eat place, but I passed up the fried rice, spring rolls and egg rolls, and went for a salad with no dressing (just salt and pepper), green beans, bok choy, and soup with mushrooms and tofu. I have 3 pass days and didn't want to blow my calories.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, everything. Came in a couple hundred under. :)

    @fitlulu4150 Like you, a find the recipe link very helpful. I do, usually, add my recipes manually because I, otherwise, find a lot of erroneous entries in the MFP food database.

    Congratulations winners.

    On track exercise on day for me.
    (3 x yes)
    Best of 3 Januaries for climb. No merit badge from Strava though. Maybe 2 bike rides or so shy of that.
    Good bit of consecutive tracking early in the month. Fizzled on the 14th or so.
    Degraded to something like every other day for tracking from then on.
    So somewhat better than 50% of on track.
    Days off track weren't really wild and crazy a lot of just no exercise.
