Had a busy couple of days, so tracking wasn't a big priority for me.

I have been doing my best to watch my portion sizes, and not let the fact that I didn't track allows me to pretend calories don't exist. I was so happy to see the scale say 182.0. It just made me feel like I am getting so close to getting out of the 180s. I just have to keep at it.2 -

This week has been completely insane this week... a lot of overtime and craziness at work. I totally caved Thursday and Friday when my boss brought munchkins to work for all of us... I stayed under my goal both days, but it reminded me of how much I enjoy those stupid things! But, I am back on track for the rest of the weekend!1 -

I totally understand the frustration with weight fluctuations. It still bewilders me.
I have to keep telling myself that I am weighing to see long term progress not just to see the number on the scale.1 -

Inspired by a few people on here I had my first PT session yesterday and really feeling pumped up by it. Fitness goals are really pushing me on at the minute! Hope everyone had a great weekend x3 -
